Agata Pawlak | Lawyer, assistant
Agata Pawlak is a fifth-year student of law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. She participated in the Erasmus+ exchange programme at the University of Antwerp.
Since the first year of her studies Ms Pawlak has actively been involved in the university life. She is a founding member of the Science Club of Theory and Philosophy of Law at the University. Further, she is invited to numerous scientific conferences to present outcomes of her scientific research upon theoretical aspects of law, in particular Agata is involved in the problem of the interpretation of law. As a natural consequence of her scientific interests she intends to take a MA seminar course at the Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law. She eagerly combines her scientific interests and specialist knowledge of telecommunications law, new technology law, and intellectual property law.
At the Firm she assists in providing legal services to telecommunications undertakings with a particular focus on their access to real estate properties in order to ensure telecommunication. She is involved in administrative proceedings before the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (OEC) and court and administrative proceedings based on actions against decisions of the President of the OEC.
Ms Pawlak also draws up pleadings in administrative and civil proceedings.

Hobby: Besides law, she is also a devotee of classical music. Agata is a qualified piano musician and instrumentalist. She is also interested in history of art and literature.
