Katarzyna Twardowska | Legal advisor
Katarzyna Twardowska joined the Media Law Firm in 2011. She primarily practices civil law, corporate law and copyright law. At the Firm she draws up pleadings, represents clients in litigation, carries out analyses, makes opinions on draft legislation, and executes draft contracts and models of terms of service. Ms Twardowska is also responsible for contacting the European Commission and state administrative authorities with respect to EU law and national law in the field of sectoral law and intellectual property law.
She graduated in law and European studies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Her MA thesis analysed the governing law and jurisdiction for infringements of personal rights. She completed plenty of training, e.g. British Law Centre – Juris Angliae Scientia Ltd, BLC Certificate/Diploma, Advocacy workshop organised by BLC and the Honorary Society of the Inner Temple.
