Kinga Pawłowska-Nojszewska | Legal advisor
Kinga Pawłowska-Nojszewska graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. During her studies she participated in the Erasmus programme at Karel de Groote Hogeschool in Antwerp. Kinga qualified as a legal advisor and is a member of the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisors. She completed a six months’ English Law Programme organised by the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisors. Kinga also took part in various English language-European law programmes organised by the Academy of European Law in Trier.
She is an expert at telecommunications law and new technology law. Kinga also focuses on intellectual property law and contract law. She was involved in negotiating and executing a number of IT system implementation contracts.
• co-author of the ERG guidelines (European Regulatory Group, previously BEREC) for the implementation of Regulation No 544/2009 amending Regulation (EC) No 717/2007 on roaming on public mobile telephone networks within the Community and Directive 2002/21/EC on a common regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services;
• several dozen legal opinions on the compliance of draft enactments with EU law, including the draft act transposing into Polish law Directive No 2014/61 on measures to reduce the cost of deploying high-speed electronic communications networks;
• a vast number of civil-law contracts, most notably an array of IT system implementation contracts, including the contract for implementation of the second version of the Central Register of Polish Cards;
• a variety of proceedings before the European Court of Justice on the basis of the authorisation granted by the Representative of the Republic of Poland before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the EFTA Court.
