Monika Niedzielska

Monika has 9 years of experience in working at law firms in Poznań, including over 4 years in the KPM team. Since the beginning of her career, she has planned and successfully implemented several dozen organisational changes, as well as conducted several recruitment processes, which resulted in long-term cooperation.

In cooperation with the IT department, she continuously improves the dedicated law firm management system. Monika has successfully planned hardware security rules and customised online document flow.

She focuses on team relations, which allows her to constantly improve processes and project management.
She deals with activities related to economic analysis of decisions, marketing and PR.

Monika is a professional classical guitarist and instrumentalist. She is a soprano in the Academic Choir of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

She passionately helps homeless animals as a volunteer at the shelter in Przyborówko.
