Zuzanna Łuczyńska

Attorney-at law trainee at the Warsaw Bar, graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, the School of English and European Law at the University of Warsaw and the University of Cambridge, and the School of New Technologies Law (IT & TMT) at the H. Grocjusz Centre for Intellectual Property Rights.

In her professional practice, Zuzanna mainly deals with the day-to-day comprehensive corporate services of companies and foundations, due diligence for M&A transactions, mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she has experience in the preparation of commercial contracts and debt collection.

Her fields of interest include copyright law, media law and modern technologies.

Zuzanna provides legal services in both Polish and English.
