Luiza Czyż-Trzcianowska

Luiza is an associate of the Media Law Firm and an expert on telecommunications market regulations. She deals, among others, with telecommunications law and the Act on Supporting the Development of Telecommunications Services and Networks.

Luiza is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and postgraduate studies in European Law at the University of Warsaw. She also completed Executive MBA studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences.

She provides business advice to telecommunications entrepreneurs related to their business activities in the regulated market with a particular emphasis on the wholesale market.

For over 15 years Luiza worked for the Office of Electronic Communications, where she first managed the Department of the Wholesale Telecommunications Market, and then the Department of Regulation. She was responsible for inter-operator cooperation, including access to networks built with public funding. She was also in charge of the regulation of wholesale markets and reference offers of SMP operators. Luiza ensured the effective access to real estate properties, including buildings, and set terms and conditions for access to telecommunications and technical infrastructure for the implementation of high-speed telecommunications networks.
