Attorney-at-law, doctor of law. Marek has ten years of experience in the field of comprehensive legal services for companies, with particular emphasis on commercial law, day-to-day corporate services and legal advice in M&A processes.

He has gained experience at a law firm that was part of one of the largest global consulting firms. Marek has conducted dozens of pre-transaction legal due diligence processes and reorganisations of commercial companies. His professional interests include, in particular, widely understood issues in the field of corporate law, commercial contracts, day-to-day corporate services, M&A and legal conditions of e-commerce. Marek also provides legal assistance in labour law and ESG.

He has authored an innovative doctoral dissertation on reverse mergers and a series of articles in scientific journals on mergers, demergers and transformations of commercial companies. Marek is an academic lecturer at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and WSB Merito University in Poznań.
