Jan Jeliński

For over 8 years Jan has been cooperating with law firms in Poznań. His experience and interests include, among others, corporate counselling for companies, including aspects related to current business operations, contracts, internal procedures, corporate governance. He is involved in due diligence processes as part of M&A transactions.

In his professional practice Jan deals with the law of payment services and counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing (AML). He advises one of the largest payment institutions in Poland. He supports clients in areas that require knowledge in telecommunications law and financial law, e.g. direct billing.

He is interested in legal aspects of operating in the area of new technologies and FinTech (Internet platforms, electronic services, cloud computing) and issues related to competition law.

Since 2021 he has been a member of the Artificial Intelligence Working Group established by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. He completed post-graduate studies in taxes and tax consultancy at the University of Economics in Poznań.
