Kinga Pawłowska-Nojszewska

Kinga specialises in telecommunications law, new technologies and European Union law.

For many years Kinga has represented clients before the President of UKE and in disputes with this authority. While working at the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) and the former Department of EU Law of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she gained extensive practical knowledge in the Polish and EU legislative processes, as well as EU law infringement proceedings.

She has participated in the Monitoring Pre-committee of the European Funds for the Modern Economy (FENG) programme and currently she regularly attends meetings – the FENG Monitoring Committee, the FENG Priority 1 Implementation Working Group and the FENG Evaluation Working Group.
