Kinga Pawłowska-Nojszewska

Kinga specialises in telecommunications law, new technologies and European Union law.

For many years Kinga has represented clients before the President of UKE and in disputes with this authority. While working at the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) and the former Department of EU Law of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she gained extensive practical knowledge in the Polish and EU legislative processes, as well as EU law infringement proceedings.

As a specialist in cybersecurity law, she has authored or co-authored numerous statements for chambers of commerce regarding cybersecurity. Performs deep understanding of the nature of regulatory audits and inspection proceedings in this field.

Her clients include Iinternet service proniders, companies operating in the satellite communications market and providers of IoT (Internet of Things) services.
