Advises on the legal aspects of the production and distribution of audiovisual and music content, the activities of television channels, broadcasters and VOD platforms, the construction and operation of online distribution platforms, and digital services. She actively participates in the creation of acts implementing EU regulations in the field of copyright, media law and e-commerce, as well as regulations concerning digital services.
She advises leading Polish business associations.
Luiza also works for Polish and foreign television broadcasters, television operators and online audio-video and music platforms. She advises on the production and distribution of content such as audiobooks and podcasts, as well as on publishing agreements.
